Cancellation Policy
ONE:ONE Sessions We know life gets busy. Please try to give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Your unused payment can be applied to future sessions. Please call or text to change, cancel or schedule appointments that are within 24 hours. SCHOOL BREAK ADVENTURES Please reserve your spot with full payment. Advanced notice of cancellation is required for a refund. Full refund issued if cancelling more than two weeks before your Adventure. No refund available if cancelling less than two weeks before your Adventures, unless your spot can be filled.
